Your job listing may also appear in our newsletter email, “Great Job, Everybody,” a weekly round of the latest jobs to hit the ForceBrands platform as well as in user-generated daily job alert emails (based on job seeker search criteria).


Q: How much does it cost to post a job?

A: Pricing varies depending on the type of listing and any add-on features you choose, such as featured placement or access to our Talent Pool. A: Yes, you have the option to post a job without displaying your company name. This is helpful if you’re replacing a role confidentially or prefer to stay private during the initial stages of hiring. Just select the “Post Anonymously” option when creating your listing.

A: Yes, you can login to your employer dashboard and make changes anytime during the listing period.


Q: How do I manage applications?

A: Applications will appear in your ForceBrands dashboard, or they will appear in your ATS system if you included an offsite URL application link in the job posting. 


Q: I’d like to give my coworker access to be able to help review resumes. Can I do that?

A: Yes! Simply login to your Dashboard, and on the left navigation click Team. From there you can invite a colleague to have access to your Company profile and review applications.


Q: What is an Unlimited Subscription & what is included?

A: For either a flat monthly or annual fee, you can post an unlimited amount of job postings on the ForceBrands Job Board, no need to purchase credits. For monthly subscriptions, there is a three-month minimum commitment.


Q: How do I cancel my Unlimited Subscription?

A: Email support@forcebrands.com once you are past the minimum time commitment (three months for monthly, or 1st year for annual).


Q: What is Talent Pool Access & how does it work?

A: Talent Pool Access allows employers to search and connect with a curated pool of qualified candidates who have opted in to be discoverable. With this feature, you can proactively browse candidate profiles, filter by role, location, experience, and industry, and reach out directly to individuals who align with your hiring needs — even if they haven’t applied to a specific job post. It’s a powerful way to source talent faster and build relationships with potential future hires.

A: Set your preferences in the “Job Alerts” section to receive notifications about new listings that match your interests.


Q: Is my information visible to all employers?

A: You can control your visibility in your privacy settings—choose to be searchable or keep your profile private.
