The Barker Company was founded by celebrity Nigel Barker and beverage industry veteran Philippe Roederer (former VP of Sales for Clicquot Inc., CEO of Voss Water, and CMO of Remy Cointreau) in collaboration with leading mixologists, bartenders, and baristas. Our mission is to redefine the cocktail experience through exceptional quality and innovation.

Our Products:

• Espresso Martini: A meticulously crafted blend of 100% Colombian espresso, six-times distilled corn-based vodka, and premium ingredients at 20% ABV. Guaranteed perfect crema with every pour.
• Cappuccino Martini: The world's first Cappuccino Martini—a gluten-free creation combining cappuccino's velvety texture with martini sophistication.

Both products feature a simple one-step process: Chill, Shake, Pour.

Launched in Q4 2024 across 6 markets, we now distribute in 25 markets with over 50,000 cases sold (35% on-premise). Lead markets are tracking 500-1,000 cases per month, making this one of the most successful launches in the past two years. Our products excel in both retail and on-premise channels, with many high-volume restaurants and hotels adopting our premium solution at approximately $0.60-$0.65 per ounce.
