Runamok Maple is a premium, organic maple syrup producer located in Northern Vermont. Their products are all-natural, small-batch and uniquely crafted. Spanning 1,100 acres of maple trees in Cambridge and 250 acres in Fairfax, Runamok produces one of Mother Nature's most exquisite pleasures. Runamok taps a total of 81,000 trees to harvest 2,000,000 gallons of sap.
