Position Overview
As our Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Growth, you will play a critical role in building and executing strategies to grow our online presence, increase sales, and amplify our brand's luxury appeal. You’ll be responsible for all things digital—from managing social media to optimizing ad campaigns and developing strategies to scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales.
Key Responsibilities
- • Digital Advertising: Develop, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok to drive traffic and sales.
- • Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a content strategy that enhances brand awareness, engagement, and community building across key social platforms.
- • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, engagement) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- • Content Collaboration: Work with photographers and designers to produce high-quality content that aligns with our luxury aesthetic.
- • Email Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns to retain and convert customers, leveraging platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- • SEO/SEM: Optimize our website and digital content for search visibility and organic traffic growth.
- • Scaling Strategies: Identify and execute growth opportunities, such as partnerships, influencer collaborations, and new channel expansion.
- • Customer Insights: Leverage analytics and customer feedback to inform campaign strategies and product positioning.
Qualifications
- • Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably with a luxury, beverage, or DTC brand.
- • Skills:
- - Proficiency with ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- - Experience with Shopify and performance marketing.
- - Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- - Creative eye for social media aesthetics and content creation.
- • Mindset: Data-driven, results-oriented, and highly adaptable.
- • Bonus:
- - Experience working in the hemp, cannabis, or alcohol alternative industry.
- - Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
- - Understanding of luxury branding.
- Portfolio of previous work mandatory.
