Postion Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our passionate team. As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will address inquiries, provide product information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. You’ll be a crucial part of our team, helping maintain our reputation for outstanding service and support in the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats regarding products, services, orders, and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about our menu items, promotions, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system and track issues for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Assist with customer feedback, ensuring their voices are heard and their experiences are improved.

Kelvin Slush Co. is a growing beverage brand reinventing the frozen cocktail. Over the past six years we have been selling our slush mix to premium restaurants, bars, hotels and sports arenas to make better frozen drinks. Kelvin is the only organic and premium mix on the market and allows our customers to serve unique frozen cocktails that are inspired by the craft cocktail movement.
Currently Kelvin is featured at Madison Square Garden, the Barclays Center, American Airlines Arena, Miss Lily’s, Eataly, The Standard Miami Beach, the Edition Hotel and others. Kelvin also recently began our national expansion with a focus on Texas, Nevada and California.

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- A quiet, professional workspace for remote work.
- Positive, friendly, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- All candidates must reside in the USA or Canada.
