Job Description
As a Field Associate, you will be the face of our brand in the marketplace, playing a key role in connecting with distributors, retailers, on-premise, and consumers, sharing what makes Ignite Vodka and Tequila unique in the industry. Your main responsibilities will include increasing points of distribution, growing existing account visibility and incremental depletions, and field/ trade marketing support. This would include utilizing existing relationships and building new relationships with distributors and both on-and off-premise accounts. In addition, this role would include educating consumers about our product lineup and brand ethos, executing and/or overseeing brand activations and events, connecting with local influencers, and increasing brand awareness in your territory. This is a full-time contracted role with a flexible schedule, based in New Jersey. This hybrid role will work directly with the IGNITE Sales and Marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Increase new points of distribution for Ignite Vodka & Tequila
- Strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and grow incremental sales
- Engage with consumers and staff to gather insightful market feedback
- Provide detailed weekly recap reports to the Marketing Manager which include account visits, objectives, accomplishments, feedback, key findings, photos, inventory, sales, etc.
- Hit Weekly KPI’s provided by the IGNITE team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks assigned
- Grow excitement around IGNITE by executing memorable grassroots marketing campaigns
- Oversee all aspects of activation management in your territory from setup to breakdown
- Perform/ oversee 2-to-3-hour sampling events at retail and on-premises accounts as needed
Must Haves:
- 21 years of age or older
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have 2-4 years of alcohol beverage experience
- Excellent presenting, selling, negotiation, and closing skills • Ability to adapt and assist a variety of internal customer groups and varying personality types
- • Stay apprised of federal, state, and local laws affecting the beverage/alcohol industry within account responsibility
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 30+ pounds and stand for long periods
- Valid applicable state/county Responsible Alcohol Service certification required by start date.
- Must reside in the local market
Preferred
- 2+ years of experiential marketing experience
- Experience and passion about the Spirits industry
- Knowledgeable and passionate about IGNITE
- Valid Class C driver's license with reliable transportation and good driving record • Valid work authorization
- • Being bilingual (Spanish/ English) is a plus
Compensation
50-70k DOE
