The history of the Corbin Cash Brand starts with a California Family who has been farming Sweet Potatoes and Rye since since 1917. In 2007 4th Generation Farmer David John Souza taught himself how to distill and licensed a commercial distillery in 2009. Determined to be different he launched the worlds first Sweet Potato vodka, a Sweet Potato based Gin, Barrel Aged Sweet Potato Liqueur, a Blended whiskey (80%sweet potato/20%Rye) and a 100% Merced Rye Whiskey. Corbin Cash Brand is named after the Founders son, who represents the 5th generation of Farmers. Its one of the few Farm to Bottle distilleries in the world and has received multiple awards on all of their products in a variety of exclusive competitions.
