4505 Meats was founded in 2009 with an original mission to change the way people buy, cook, and eat meat. These chicharrones or "crispity clouds of porkaliciousness" are sourced from humanely raised antibiotic free pork. They quickly became a hit in bars all over San Francisco and the business has only grown from there. Today they are available in bars, restaurants, independent grocers, and Whole Foods Markets across the nation. This product launched a business that today includes hot dogs, sausages, a Farmers Market stand, and a restaurant, 4505 Burgers & BBQ. 4505's legacy was built upon the values of whole animal butchery and they remain committed to bringing customers quality & delicious products wherever they find them.
